FELC Youth Ministries

Family & Youth Ministry Team

The Family & Youth Ministry Team works with staff to develop and maintain the youth ministry. The team focuses on ways to keep youth active in all aspects of congregational life. The team also insures the youth programs include worship and faith development, service, outreach, fellowship and education.

Introduced new members

Ministry staff: Further discussions on how to staff family & youth ministry (Meghan's replacement), including traditional staff member vs. small-group leaders on stipends.

Confirmation dinner: Discussed lack of parents of eighth-graders stepping up to help with the confirmation dinner.

Summer intern interview: Update and discussion of possibly including ministry team members in the process next year to help out Mo.
