Facility & Equipment Use Policy
Key Considerations:

NO WINE, CHAMPAGNE, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES
PERMITTED in the church facilities or on
the church grounds.
·
All church
scheduled events have precedence over private events.
·
Consider a donation to FELC to offset cost of repair
and replacement. All fees and donations payable to First English
Lutheran Church.
·
Unless being used for a FELC event, tables and chairs
are not available for use beyond church property.
·

Gathering Area Downtown Site (with Sanctuary and
Kitchenette) – Maximum of 60 people
Can be used
for piano, vocal, or small group recitals/receptions
Fee: $50.00 custodial

Fellowship Hall/Kitchen Downtown Site– Maximum of 60 people
Can be used for: Baby and Bridal
Showers, Baptism and
Confirmation meals, Groom’s
Dinner, Reception
Fee: $50.00 custodial

Activity Center (Gym) doors to enter and exit 1˝ hour time limit per
team/group, per day unless special arrangements are made
