• Change our name to “Family & Youth Ministry” instead of just “Youth Ministry”

Important items of information:

· Discussed our achievements and graded our goals from 2007.

· Andy mentioned possible realigning of intern budget to either 15 interns at 40 hrs/week or remaining with 20 interns at 30 hrs/week. Discussed pros/cons to both ends. Team left it in his judgment to decide based on interviews.

· Meghan will be leaving her position as youth ministry associate on Jan. 25. Discussed possible replacement ideas and John mentioned a youth worker friend interested in the position.
