Approval was granted for the hiring of Mr. Jim Carpenter for the part time music director position. He will start September 1, 2007.

Protocol for Each Worship Service – One focus of the Worship MT over the next six months will be to develop guidelines and expectations for the liturgy and music teams at each service at each site.

Recruitment of Worship Helpers - We have no infrastructure for recruiting helpers for the Wednesday evening services which begin on 12 September 2007. Consider how we will obtain volunteers, other than through Jean Monson, for communion set up / clean up helpers and ushers.

No Cherub Choir Director yet.

Worship Coordinator Check List – Look over the checklist for possible revisions. Begin to identify possible volunteers to fill these positions at each worship service.

Volunteer Fair Booth – Two display boards are needed this year. We will use the one made last year and Beth Ann Monsen will prepare a new display board. Volunteers are needed to “man” the stations on that Sunday.
