Important items of information:

· Volunteer fair table assignments – Downtown: Barb Kuenzi and Karrie Aaseby and North Site: Nick Kiekhaefer

· New team members – All should be thinking of new people to add to the team. Especially from the NS.

· Christmas 11 p.m. service – Decided to move the 11 p.m. service to 10 p.m. at the Downtown Site. North Site services will be at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Early services at the Downtown Site remain the same as last year.

· Thanksgiving services – One service at each site on the eve of Thanksgiving.

· 2007 tasks – Reviewed in preparation of budget and tasks.

· Acolyte robe – Kathy Freeman requested Karrie Aaseby and Barb Kuenzi to check catalogues for robes for acolytes (cost, sizes, colors, etc.).
