$60 for first set of music resources (new books) for North Site. Requested by John Dougherty. Revisit in fall to see if a second set is needed.

Important items of information:

Worship Ministry Team review: Council group to review worship/music ministry team. Jeff Picken is representative on this council subcommittee.

Bread: Discussed and agreed to have Cheri Paisar make communion bread for North Site.

Music directors: Discussed search committee for part-time North Site music director and full-time Downtown Site director. Position descriptions being developed and search committees selected.

9:15 worship service: Discussed the 9:15 Downtown Site music leadership and ways to encourage more volunteers for music.

Service planning discussions: Advent planning to be discussed at May meeting and Easter in the fall.

Banners: Jeff Picken is taking care of banners for North Site.
