Important items of information:

There was a discussion about using the pouring chalices for the 8 a.m. service on Sundays at the Downtown Site. It was estimated that it would add about 8-10 minutes to that service. We have one chalice and another that will need a spout put on it. Someone will be looking into the cost of adding a spout to that silver chalice.

There was a discussion about the need for genuine candle lighters, rather than the butane units, for both sites. A suggestion was made that the money might come from the memorial fund.

Paperwork from The Alban Institute was distributed to the members concerning the Characteristics of Christian Worship, and we were to review it and discuss it at our next meeting.

We have entered into a discussion regarding the types of services at our two sites and we started by examining the characteristics of the current services. We spent some time talking about the church in general, and then focused on the services at the North Site. We will continue to discuss this topic at future meetings.
