Important Items of Information:

• Tonight was Barb Kuenzi’s last night with the Worship Ministry Team, having completed her three-year term. Thank you, Barb!
• Jack and Elaine Herr and Milly Rugland will be joining the Worship Ministry Team.
• The Worship Ministry budget for 2008 was reduced from $54,000 to $40,000. The team discussed possible cuts in the coming year to meet the budget amount.
• The need for a director of music at the North Site, as well as other choral needs, was discussed.
• The sound board at the North Site doesn’t work. A replacement will cost $7,000.
• The team discussed possible fundraising opportunities to build camaraderie of our church family as well as make up for budget shortfalls. We would prefer to do something musical.
• We still need additional new members for the Worship Ministry Team, especially people who worship at the North Site.
• The team recommends that all Christmas Eve worship services be candlelit. The acolytes can light them.
• It is desired that all Worship Ministry Team members try to attend the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. worship services at the North Site before the next meeting. We will be discussing the worship protocols then.
