Important items of information:

We met for an abbreviated meeting so everyone could attend the Wittenberg Concert Choir presentation.

Lent/Easter

Brenda ordered rented palms for Palm Sunday. Easter flowers will be available to purchase for $12/plant.

Protocol review

We broke up into North Site and Downtown Site groups for a service protocol review. An additional meeting between now and the April 14 meeting will be scheduled by the Downtown Site members. We will be using the surveys taken last fall and the recent online survey taken by the church Council to review/discuss the following:

• Team members’ observations from the different services
• What is the style for each service and is that what we’re actually doing?
• What improvements from the survey results could we incorporate?
• What could we do to make the services distinct from one another if they are not already?
