Important items of information:

Finance/budget review: With a 5-week month in March, benevolence giving is up 5.6 percent over last year. Without the extra week, we would be at or about even with last year’s giving. Maintenance expenses were at a normal level this past month with no unexpected repairs.

Memorial money in the amount of $1,000 has been given in memory of Margaret Gaurke to be put toward the purchase of sound equipment for worship in the park.

A full-time maintenance person has been hired and will begin May 1.

Credit cards and debit cards are now accepted on our Web site for contributions and for payments toward programming.

A proposal for a new budget reporting program to be written by our accounting software provider was presented and approved.

ECHOES: Don Monson will be representing the Support Ministry Team during upcoming negotiations regarding the ECHOES lease renewal.
