Important items of information:
- Pastor Bauer informed the Congregational Council
about the request from Fox Valley Warming Shelter, Inc. to use the North
Site during February. Outreach & Social Ministry Team approved this
request. Pastor Bauer will contact the organization. Pastor Bauer will ask
those who indicated an interest in the area of hunger on their Time &
Talent forms to supervise and prepare hot meals. There will be three
shifts for supervision: 8 p.m.-12 a.m., 12 to 4 a.m. and 4 to 8 a.m.
- Reviewed the Time & Talent forms, a list of members
who signed up for various OSM offerings and “Ministries Guide.”
- A goal has been set to meet with each specific
area within OSM to discuss their particular area of interest and assign a
contact person for each group.
- Monthly focuses will be established based on
areas of OSM. Temple talks are being considered early in each month
throughout the year to inform the congregation of that months’ focus.

- In June, the full committee will meet to
organize and make decisions for the upcoming year.
- Pastor Bauer will meet with Jean to finalize the
names of members of the congregation who signed up in specific areas of interest
within OSM and send an e-mail message explaining the plan and solicit
their support.
