• Budget for benevolence finalized.

Important items of information:

• Jeff Bemis will conduct a performance review with Kathy Hoffman.
• United Way allowed ECHOES to be a referral agency for 211.
• We are looking to build relationships with other agencies.
• Rent is still month-to-month. We are exploring options, including expansion, if the rent can be steady.
• Need to brand ECHOES as a Christian thrift store.
• Need more volunteers.
• Outreach will participate in the chili cook-off.
• ECHOES is thinking of a booth at the synod convention.
• Is there an insurance policy for ECHOES? Could you please provide that to Jeff Bemis? Per Brenda: Yes, ECHOES does have insurance coverage. It’s under the church policy. Brenda will be in touch with Jeff Bemis.
