Important items of information:

• Christmas dinner together scheduled for next week.

• Health ministry update:

CPR classes going well; 13 people attended and received certification at the Downtown Site.

Faithfully Fit class during Wednesday LIFT had positive response, so class will continue.

Karen led a baptismal workshop.

Planning to reschedule the blood drive

More people are taking advantage of the weekly blood pressure monitoring.

More drop-ins are visiting parish nurse.

New parents’ group to start in January.

Special Friends ministry: We need more visitor volunteers to listen to stories, send cards, pray with, etc., to have shut-ins get community and church involvement.

• Discussed annual report submission; made corrections and updates.

• Discussed new member additions to the congregational life team; hopefully can consider individuals who mentioned interest on Time & Talent forms; plans to invite potential new members to Feb. meeting. (Kim McManus has expressed interest in joining health ministry subgroup. Possibly Bob and Kathy Rich and Sonya Edgerton for CL group).

• Discussed budget limitations and need for itemized list of expenditures for 2007 and list of what items/events are being charged to this team’s budget since official budget info is vague: “devotional materials,” “fellowship activities”….
