Items that may require Council action: None

Items that may require budget/finance coordination: 2009 budget review: $20,500 allotted for Congo Life team; $8,000 for fellowship (large part of this is due to coffee hour); $2,000 for senior care (mailings and events not covered with free-will offering); $5,000 for member care; $5,000 for health ministry; and minimal $500 for Time & Talent possible printing costs (new to Congo Life in 2009).

Important items of information:

• Reviewed annual report information compiled by Deni. Last-minute changes to be updated and sent to Jan by Friday.
• Goals grid reviewed: 2008 goals accomplished and new goals for 2009, updated by Ellen and Jean. Final changes to be submitted to Jean by Friday.
• Discussed need for credits as well as deductions in budget information to be reviewed. Weddings and picnic are income but this is not recorded in “cost” for these programs.
