Important items of information:

· Task force needed for Wednesday night service meal

· Possible Prayer 101 with the interns — Also start for congregation in December, depending on attendance

· Senior ministry survey: Talked about the idea of pulling an idea from the survey for offering from Congregational Life for Wednesday night service.

o How would seniors get transportation, would it be too late for them?

o Task force for rides

· Big idea for Wednesday night: small groups (know and be known) groups.

o Meet on Wednesday’s casually with a different topic every week.

o Other ideas for Wednesday night Congregational Life Offering:

§ Learn to knit group

§ Health topic nights led by the parish nurse

§ Know and be known

· Needs a leader

· 4-6 weeks (Could be longer if the group wanted to continue.)

· Margaret Zweig will bring the book that sparked the idea to the group in August.

· Parish nurse:

o Offer is being extended, possibly by the end of the week

o Parish nurse will spearhead the ideas from the senior survey and lead the way on the best ideas that come from the survey.
