Important items of information:

• Advent Brunch Dec. 1 from 9-11 a.m. at the Downtown Site.

• Reviewed LMT 2008 budget and goal.

• Eileen will write the LMT Annual Report and bring for review at the Dec. LMT meeting.

• Those present will review the FELC program guidebook and will send any revisions to Jan by Tuesday. Nov. 20.

• Donna presented the Teacher Appreciation prayer reminder and hot cider treat that will be delivered on Nov. 25. It lifts up our mission to guide people into living out the marks of discipleship.

• Library Book Fair $300 profit from sales. The 47 books displayed are free additions to the library. Plans are to purchase DVD’s, CD’s and bookshelves. Jenell will present a request to Property Oversight to move the North Site library into part of the coatroom. Approved payment of $55 dues for National Church Library Association.

• From suggestion box: make available crayons and activity bags for kids coming into church. Crayons have been added by the children’s bulletins. Will gather more information on the items for an activity bag. LMT suggested adding “The Little Lutheran” magazine for families to use at worship.

• Recruitment of LMT chair and new members continues.

• Christmas Programs: Sunday, Dec. 9 at the Downtown Site at 4 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 16, at the North Site during the 10:30 a.m. service.
