Important items of information:

· Finance/budget review: This year’s Lenten study is a free reproducible study, which means a saving in the LMT budget. All budgets are on track for LMT.

· Jill Gretzinger will be the new Learning Ministry Team chairwoman. Thank you, Jill!

· New VBS Task Force to be started.

· CHART subgroup will meet monthly, led by Julie Nussbaum.

· Teacher appreciation card, cookie and “survival kit” were given Feb. 10.

· Teacher and Learning Ministry Team members are asked to attend the Wednesday, March 19 Youth and Family Seminary 5:45-7:15 p.m. at the Downtown Site Choir Room.

· Lent study: “Growing Disciples” has 8 study times offered. All ministry teams are alerted to remember those who depend on public transportation when planning worship and programs such as Lenten worship and confirmation at the North Site. For example, some Wednesday LIFT participants need the ride the bus. It was noted the Lenten brochure lists transportation assistance is available by calling the office.

· Planning for confirmation evaluation by parents: Discussed written evaluation vs. face-to-face input. May get more replies through anonymous written evaluation, but that would miss the interaction, question/answer opportunity. Suggestion: mail a written evaluation and follow up with a face-to-face discussion of responses received.

· Support Ministry Team requests more details for the need for coat racks in North Site lower level, along with suggestions for type and placement. Also remind people of the spacious coat racks on first floor.

· Discussion of Crossways Camp scholarship: Suggestion that the week for First English campers be July 27-Aug. 1 at Imago Dei Village; and Family Camp July 13-18 at Imago Dei Village. Keep assistance at current levels.
